There are many different types of volunteer opportunities available at both the Junior High and the High School. Time commitments vary greatly among the different jobs, ensuring you will find something to fit your schedule, skills, and interests.
Please note: All volunteers who want to volunteer in the schools must complete the CORI background check process. Details are below.
Come to a Meeting
Everyone is welcome to attend PTSO meetings. Here are the dates for the 2021-2022 school year. The meetings are held at ABRHS and begin at 7:00PM.

Volunteer
For PTSO volunteer opportunities for the Junior an Senior High Schools, please contact Volunteer Coordinator (Junior & High School). Volunteer Coordinator will help you learn more about available volunteer opportunities and sign you up!
CORI for Volunteers
NOTE: Due to COVID restrictions, there are no visitors or volunteers currently allowed in schools.
RJ Grey CORI
If a parent is interested in volunteering, they can call the main office at RJ Grey (978)264-4700 x3304 or they can email Katy Frey (kfrey@abschools.org) to see if their CORI is current. CORI forms can be filled out, in person, at RJ Grey.
High School CORI
Criminal Offense Record Investigation reports are mandatory for all parents and others who would like to volunteer. To apply for CORI approval, you must come in person to the high school main office and bring your license. It only takes 3 minutes to apply. The processing of your approval can take up to two weeks. You will only be informed if there is a problem. Please apply at the main office of the high school with either Deb Trentsch or Jeanne Potter, Monday through Friday from 7-3:00.
